How long will shipping take?

Please Note: Some of our shippers and partner warehouses have experienced delays related to COVID-19 precautions and increased volume. We will do everything in our power to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

• We are currently not able to display stock statuses for all items online, but we can check stock for you prior to placing your order by calling 855.238.7929.

 

• Shipping times are listed on each product page. These are an estimate based on the item being in stock at the time of order processing.

 

• Items listed specifically as QUICK SHIP are In Stock at Eurway's Austin Fulfillment Center and are generally packed and shipped out by our Logistics Team in just 2-5 business days. Stock may be limited.

 

• If it turns out that an item on your order is on back order, we will reach out to you by email or by phone to discuss all available options.

 

• The items on your order may not be shipped together, but tracking details will be provided for each shipment via email.

Many items on Eurway.com ship out from one of our third party warehouse partners. The estimated time frame for a shipment to be processed, packed and then picked-up from the warehouse will be listed on each product page, usually with one of the following time ranges for Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping transit time is usually an additional 2-8 business days after it leaves the warehouse for your package to reach your area and be delivered to you. This varies depending on the carrier and service used, as well as your location details (residential, commercial, urban, rural, etc.). Once your item is on its way to you we will send tracking details via email. Transit times for FedEx® Ground do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Transit times for FedEx® Home Delivery, do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays. Please allow 1-2 additional weeks for delivery for orders with Room of Choice shipping.

What if I need you to hold my order?
If you need to reserve inventory, i.e. for a project that's running behind schedule, we can hold your shipment in our warehouse for a specified time frame. Please contact us regarding this service to discuss the cost and further details.
