What are my payment options at

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged within seven business days of placing an order with stock items. For any delayed shipments, Eurway customer service will contact you to discuss payment options.

Will my order be taxed?

We will automatically include any applicable state sales tax on orders delivered within Texas during the check out process.

What if the billing address on my order is different from the shipping address?

If the billing address on your order is different from the shipping address, your order could be held for additional security precautions, or may be subject to cancellation if our credit card processor rejects the payment due to the address mismatch.

What if the billing address for my credit card is not in the United States?

Unfortunately, we can only accept credit cards with domestic billing addresses. Please contact us to discuss alternate payments options including payment by check and wire transfer, or the option to pay with cash at our Eurway Store in Austin, Texas.

How is my payment secured?

Eurway guarantees a 100% secure shopping experience. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that such data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Your personal information is also transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption, and we store credit card information with additional high level encryption. Eurway also deletes credit card numbers from the online database once the sale has been processed or cancelled. Our databases are not accessible without a username and password. Return Policy

We want you to be happy! Any Eurway item purchased at regular price may be returned within seven (7) days from the time of receipt for a refund or Eurway E-store Credit subject to the terms stated herein. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. Contact us toll-free at 855.2.EURWAY (855-238-7929) for more details.

Return freight charges must be paid for by the customer and the original freight charges are non-refundable. The return freight charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Merchandise must not be damaged and must be returned in the same condition in which it left Eurway, i.e., unassembled, cartoned, poly-bagged, etc. If merchandise is not in new condition, at Eurway's sole discretion, the return may be authorized and a 20% re-stocking charge will be deducted from the credit prior to issuing a refund.

Shipping and labor charges (Assembly, Delivery, Freight, Installation, Modifications, etc. plus any sales tax thereon) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Mattresses, futons, pillows, sleepers and other bedding items can not be returned.

If my order is delayed in transit, does the return policy still apply?

Yes. We work tirelessly to ensure that your merchandise arrives to you on time. In fact, less than one (1) in one hundred (100) shipments experience any transit delays whatsoever after leaving our warehouses. Nevertheless, some factors are outside our control. Unless a guaranteed delivery service was arranged at time of order placement (typically at an additional charge), delays in transit time through no fault of Eurway do NOT constitute an exception to the Return Policy.

If my Freight shipment is damaged in transit, does the return policy still apply?

This depends on the circumstances. We work tirelessly to ensure that your merchandise arrives to you in perfect condition, and are pleased to lead the industry with less than three (3) in every one hundred (100) shipments experiencing any damage. Unfortunately, since we are unable to deliver to you ourselves, the freight industry leaves us with a small margin of error. If you accept your shipment in good condition and discover damage after the fact, we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue at absolutely no cost to you. Therefore, our Return Policy DOES apply if you elect to instead return any portion of the order.

However, if you sign for your shipment as "damaged" then decide to return the affected piece(s), the Return Policy would NOT apply to the affected items(s) which would be eligible for full refund. Additionally, if you refuse your entire order due to damage and you do not wish to receive a replacement order, the return policy does NOT apply and you would be eligible for a full refund. Likewise, if you refuse just a portion of your order for damage while accepting the remainder of the shipment, and you did not wish to have the refused item(s) replaced, the return policy would NOT apply to the refused items. We would issue a full refund for the refused item(s), in addition to refunding a prorated portion of your original shipping charge (if applicable).

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Prepaid freight charges BOTH WAYS will apply on all returns.

Can I cancel an order that has been shipped but I have not received it yet?

You can cancel an order that is in transit, however, the original freight charge is non-refundable, you will be charged for return freight, and you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

What happens if I want to return an item more than 7 days after receipt?

Eurway cannot accept the return unless we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

Can I return an item to your Austin facility that I purchased on-line?

Yes. You can return an item that was purchased at to our Collectic Home store (Eurway's parent company) in Austin, Texas.

Does price match?

If you find a lower, publicly-advertised, "Delivered Price" on an identical product, we will do our best to beat it. Just email us a link with product details and price. If we are able to verify the price, we will send your new lower price to your email address.

"Delivered Price" means an identical item sold online, and must include the full price of the product, including any shipping, handling, and sales taxes. Sorry, we cannot match prices from unauthorized dealers, sites requiring membership or affiliation to receive the pricing, or auctions and auction sites. Temporary, in-store sales at retail stores do not apply; prices must be available on-line to all customers.
