Q1. What is Affirm Financing?

A. Affirm is a credit card alternative that helps you break your purchase down into manageable payments via instant financing. With Affirm, you can buy and receive your purchase now, and pay for it in fixed monthly installments over the course of three, six, or twelve months.

Q2. How do I Apply for Affirm Financing?

A. Once you have an eligible amount in your cart - $50 or more - proceed to the Checkout. Enter your shipping information as you normally would, and then select Affirm Buy With Monthly Payments. You’ll then be taken to Affirm’s website to apply for financing and, upon approval, will be directed back to Eurway.com for confirmation of your order.

Q3. What Information Do I Need to Provide to Affirm?

A. Affirm will ask for your name, email, mobile phone number, birthday, and the last 4 digits of your social security number. This information will help Affirm verify and protect your identity.

Q4. Does Affirm Perform a Credit Check?

A. Yes. When you first create an Affirm account, Affirm performs a “soft” credit check to determine your eligibility for financing. This soft credit check will not impact your credit score.

Q5. Who Is Eligible to Apply for an Affirm Loan?

A. Anyone with an order of $50 or more is eligible to apply for an Affirm loan. Unfortunately, Affirm is available only to shoppers residing in the United States at this time. Affirm hopes to expand its services to customers outside the U.S. in the future. If you don’t have an extensive credit history, you may still qualify for an Affirm loan; Affirm bases its loan decision on several data points that include your credit score.

Q6. Why Was I Denied Financing for an Affirm Loan?

A. Please contact Affirm via email at help@affirm.com or by calling (855) 423-3729 for assistance with denials. If you were denied a loan by Affirm, you can still pay for your purchase using any of Eurway’s other accepted payment methods.

Q7. Why Was I Promoted to Pay a Down Payment With a Credit Card?

A. Affirm tries hard to approve every purchase but sometimes can't approve the full amount. When this happens, Affirm provides a debit card down payment option so that you may still complete your purchase right away.

Q8. Why Was I Prompted for a Checking Account?

A. Affirm sometimes needs more information about your financial situation to evaluate your loan application. They may ask you to link your online checking account, which helps determine your ability to repay a loan. If you are prompted to link your checking account and would like to continue with the application process, you may link your account by providing the login information for your online bank account. Affirm does not store your online banking login information - they simply pass your login credentials to your bank via a secure service linking your checking account. Linking your checking account DOES NOT authorize Affirm to debit your account. It only allows them to determine your ability to pay.

Q9. How Do I Pay My Bills?

A. You can pay your Affirm bills online at www.affirm.com/pay. They accept payment by debit card, bank transfer, and check. Affirm will send you email and SMS reminders in advance of your upcoming payment. You can also enable “Autopay” to schedule automatic monthly payments on your loan. Your first monthly payment will be due 30 days from the date Eurway processes your order.

Q10. Does Paying with Affirm Affect Eurway's Refund Policy?

A. No it doesn’t. Our standard Return Policy still applies.

Q11. How Do Refunds Work if I Paid With Affirm?

A. If you’ve been paying in monthly installments and want to process a refund, you will receive the total that you’ve paid so far back from Affirm, minus Affirm fees, issued to the bank account or debit card that you used to make payments. All future payments will be canceled. You should see a refund credit within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Q12. Can I Amend My Order After My Purchase Has Been Processed?

A. Unfortunately, you cannot edit your order after you have confirmed your loan. If you would like to add items to your purchase, you can apply for another loan with Affirm or use a different payment method.
