Great chairs and a great experience buying them. First, the chairs: shipping boxes packed with great padding so no risk of damage to chairs; easy to put together (just four bolts), back rest is exceptionally well designed for support and comfort; high quality materials and construction; chrome base is gorgeous; love the slight rocking motion you can get. Second, the buying process: great selection; very well designed website; chairs had to be back ordered for a couple of weeks (we didn't care--no rush) and the customer support people were immediately in contact with us and were very polite. Great experience overall. Would buy again from this website in a heartbeat.
