Well, the chair arrived with two right legs so it could not be put together. When I called, your representative was very apologetic and said a left leg would be sent quickly. When the package arrived, it was another right leg! Once again, your rep was very apologetic and finally a left leg was sent. I like the chair and will probably order a 2nd one, but with some hesitation!
