Item is wonderful except one request on minimal and maximal height: With the wheels, the sitting height is a bit too high for comfortable ergonomic work on a laptop: needs to go down another 2 inches. The standing height currently is perfect for my height (5’9”). I contacted the company: they suggested to take the wheels off: that would help the sitting height but be detrimental to the standing height. I hope they find a way to increase the range of height change a bit. Other than this, I love it.

Cons:

The Workpad is just what I was looking for to give me options during the work day to adjust the level of my CPU to allow me to periodically stand and get out of the chair during work. Doing email reviews and responses standing up allows me to get those mundane tasks done that I don't need to be sitting. I put a foam pad over the raise - lower bar that I bang with my knee once in awhile when I sit with it in lowest position.

I work standing up with a laptop, a cell phone, and a cup of coffee or water on my desk, nothing else. This little laptop desk is perfect for stand as long as you limit the number and weight of the objects on the desk. The height adjustment mechanism is capable and easy to use. Assembly was very simple and quick, the instructions were clear and concise. My only regret is that I did not know that this table was going to ship from a location in Austin, which is where I live. Had I known, I would have just picked it up myself and had the desk 2 days earlier.
